Personal data is generally processed for the performance of the contract concluded with the Personal Shopper. We collect the following types of personal data private individual Personal Shopper (both directly and indirectly, such as from third-party sources and publicly available information):

We collect and process personal data of Personal Shoppers to ensure regulatory compliance, for verifying the Personal Shopper ’s qualifications for pursuing this professional activity of delivering food and safeguarding the contractual relations associated with PetFood service, including resolving any delivery service quality issues and monitoring your compliance on an ongoing basis. PetFood operations team can see the geographic location of a Personal Shopper, information on dispatches and the times of using the service.

 

PERSONAL SHOPPER’S PERSONAL DATA RETENTION

You can view your personal data in the PetFood Personal Shopper Portal. Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active Personal Shopper account, unless your personal data is required to be retained for certain legal or regulatory purposes, or legitimate business purposes including accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes. This follows that: If your account will be closed the personal data will be stored for an additional 3- year period.

Data necessary for accounting purposes shall be stored for 7 years.

In the event of suspicions of an administrative or criminal offence, fraud or false information, the data shall be stored for 10 years.

In the event of disputes or investigations, the data shall be retained until the claim or investigation is satisfied/resolved or the expiry date of such claims. After we no longer need your personal data, it will be deleted, securely destroyed or anonymized (according to the policies set out in this section) from the databases, Please note that the cancellation of your PetFood Shopping Cart does not cause the automatic deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Cyprus, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

14. DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept` for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


15. EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OF PERIOD


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


16. DELIVERY POLICY


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PetFood delivers products only within Cyprus.

We ship your product within 24 hours from your order date and time.

 

18. FEES

For any orders above EUR 30 the delivery is FREE of charge.

 

19. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Pick up from ACS or AKIS EXPRESS with an extra charge 3 euros.

Home Delivery Charge depends on the location of the delivery. The standards fee is at EUR 5.
